Rufous Treepie is a noisy bird found all over in India. It is known as “Harichacha” in Bengali and many other Indian languages after the unpleasant sounds it makes. It is very agile bird and is found continuously hopping on the ground or flying from one branch to another while foraging. Both the sexes are alike.
