Little Egret

The Little Egret is a species of medium-sized bird which feeds in shallow water and on land. They creep along the edge of the water and suddenly attack small animals hiding in the mud by shuffling their legs. It is also observed that the egrets invite small fish by wiggling their very yellow toes in water. They can be easily distinguished from other egrets by their black bill and distinctive yellow feet.
